| 摘 要： | 亚里士多德的城邦政治理论主要包括：人是天生的政治动物，法治优于人治，美德政治理论，城邦政体理论；亚里士多德城邦政洛障论则包括：城邦“人”的悖论、城邦正义悖论、理想城邦的封闭式发展。其对我国政治建设的启示主要集中在国家政体制度、政治生活中人的主体性、依法治国、社会稳定、社群政治发展等方面。

| Abstract: | Aristotle＇ s politics theory of city - state mainly includes that man is by nature a political ani- mal ,the rule of law is superior to the rule of man, the political theory of virtue and the polis regime theory. His paradoxes can be summarized as the following： the paradox of human, the paradox of justice and the enclosed development of ideal city - state. Its enlightenment for China＇ s political construction is to set the national politic system, to bring into full play the subjectivity of man in the political life, to set up the rule of law is the basic way of governing, social stability is the foundation of politics and the notion of social political development. |
