| Abstract: | The phonetic loan characters in Xunzi possess the following characteristic:the number of phnetic loan characters is large;the corresponding relation between the phonetic loan characters and the original ones is complicated;the type which has some connections between the phonetic loan characters and the original ones accounts for the majority;the phonetic loan charaters and the original ones exsist at the same time and they are used together;only the phonetic loan characters are used while the original ones have never appeared. |
