| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法，对运动员社会化研究的必要性和意义进行了论述。认为：运动员社会化研究是优化运动员来源的社会环境和条件的需要，疏通未成才运动员通道的客观需求，延长运动员运动寿命的客观要求，运动员退役后生存和发展的需要。运动员社会化研究可促进运动员的全面发展，为其生存发展奠定基础；提高竞技体育可持续发展能力，促使我国竞技体育走上健康和谐发展的道路；加强体育社会学学科建设，为竞技体育发展提供理论支撑。并依据对人的社会化的理解，提出运动员社会化的内容。

| Abstract: | The method of literature was applied to expounding the essentiality and significance of the socialized research on athletes.It shows that the socialized research on athletes is the need of the social environment and condition for bettering the source of athletes,the objective requirement of dredging the channel of not yet useful athletes,the objective demand to expend athletes' sports lifetime and the request of athletes for existence and development after retire.The socialized research on athletes can promote all-round development of athletes,which establishes the base of existence and development for them;enhance the sustainable development ability of competitive sport and make the competitive sport of our country take a road of healthy and harmonious development;strengthen the discipline construction of sports sociology,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of competitive sport.It brings forward the contents of the socialized research on athletes according to the socialized understanding of human beings in sociology. |
