| 摘 要： | 重视对人的素质的培养是各级各类学校教育的一个主题。开放教育作为一种现代远程教育,从培养目标、课程结构、教学组织实施、能力培养等方都贯穿着素质教育的思想,但作为一种新的教育模式,客观上存在着一些因素潜在地影响着素质教育的实施。
