| 摘 要： | 本文先从理论上分析高新区的专业化分工对自主创新能力的作用,并设计高技术产业集群专业化程度和高新区自主创新能力的评价指标,然后建立模型,用中国高新区的样本数据实证分析专业化与自主创新的关系。得出要提高中国高新区的自主创新能力,仅仅依靠简单的产业集聚是不行的,产业的集聚必须要建立在市场发育的基础之上。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the effects of specialization to independent innovation and constructs the index of specialization and in- dependent innovation based on the theory and the necessity of demonstration,then establishes a analysis model to analyze the relations of specialization and independent innovation by the use of the data of China' s High-Tech Industrial Park.It draws a conclusion that it is infeasible to promote the capability of independent innovation only in dependent of simple industry convergence,industry conver- gence musts be based of the growth of markets. |
