| 摘 要： | MBO对于转型过渡期的企业来讲,是一场突如其来的革命。MBO有效地将企业以产权为纽带和企业需要职业经理人有机地结合起来。体制的创新带来管理的创新,创新给企业注入新的活力,尤其是企业可持续发展的能力。MBO提升了企业的价值和企业家的个人价值,是一个值得肯定的金融工具。

| Abstract: | MBO is a profound revolution for those enterprises in transition phase s. MBO combines property-focused enterprises with the requirement of occupationa l managers. Innovation in system can produce innovation in management, which wil l bring the new vigor to enterprises, especially the abilities for sustainable d evelopment. The value of enterprises has been improved by MBO, so does the value of entrepreneurs themselves. Therefore, MBO is an affirmative financial tool. |
