| Abstract: | This paper introduces one initiative program in undergraduate engineering education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology:the Gordon Leadership Program. The authors analyze the background of the program and its executive model,including project-based learning,multi-discipline corporation,industry involvement and professional management. The program plans to be piloted in many other American universities from this fall semester. |
