| 摘 要： | 侵犯公民隐私权已成为一个日益突出的问题。中结合我国对隐私权立法缺陷，隐私权的含义及范围，隐私权的认定及法律保护等方面进行了法律思考，而强化隐私权的保护是现代各国立法及司法实践的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The intrusion of a person's rights to privacy has been increasingly a serious issue.By making an anylisis of the defect of legislation on the rights to privacy,the author has studied the intonation and scope of the rights to privacy,and in terms with law thought about the identification of rights to privacy and law protection and so on.Therefore,it is a trend for all the countries to strengthen the protection of rights to privacy in views of legislation and judicial practice. |
