| 摘 要： | 文章从系统科学的角度出发,探讨技术选择对资源配置的导向性作用和资源配置的延续过程,对资源配置的运行机制及其影响因素进行了深入的剖析,并据此归纳出资源配置运行机制的启示,提出实现资源优化配置的对策建议。

| Abstract: | In this paper,from technology option,we not only study the meaning of the allocation of resources and the continuation of the process of allocation of resources,but also deeply analyze the operating mechanism for the allocation of resources and its influencing factors.Therefore,we summarize the enlightenment of operating mechanism for the allocation of resources,and propose the solutions to achieving the optimized allocation of resources. |
