| 摘 要： | 改革开放三十年来，在党的正确理论指导下，兵团屯垦理论与实践与时俱进，不断创新发展，先后经历了联产承包和经营责任制，社会主义市场经济体制，以人为本、建设社会主义新型团场建设等阶段，稳定长效戍边队伍，现已形成了相对完善的屯垦戍边理论，有效完成了新的时代背景下屯垦戍边的任务，适应了社会主义市场经济条件下屯垦戍边的要求。同时也应看到，屯垦理论与实践中，兵团体制还需要继续完善，经济增长模式和产业结构还需进一步优化调整。

| Abstract: | Since reform and opening up, theory settlement with the times, which continuous innovation and development, has undergone stages of contract management responsibility system, the socialist market economic system, property system, mission building a new socialist market reforms under the guidance of the party＇ s thought, now, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has a relatively comprehensive settlement theory to effect completion of a new era against the background of settlement tasks and to adapt to a demand of settlement in the background of socialist market economy. At the same time, we should also see that theory settlement in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps also need to continue to improve it＇ s system and to further optimize the economic growth patterns and industrial structure. |
