| 摘 要： | 关于人的素质结构的研究和社会发展对人才的要求，是大学生成才标准确定的理论依据和实践依据。其结构模式包括专业知识、一般科学文化知识和新兴学科知识，基本职业能力、运用专业知识能力、创新能力和交往与协调能力，政治素质、道德素质、科学素质、人文素质、身体素质、心理素质和审美素质。
