| 摘 要： | 为提高顶岗实习质量，切实做到为企业培养高素质技能人才的目标，本文对高职电子专业实习岗位与专业对口进行了探讨。总结出该专业以适应企业的岗位群能力培养为出发点，将学生校内的理论知识学习、专业技能训练等与企业岗位能力有机结合起来；以“企业、学生”双向选择为主线，加强和完善顶岗实习制度，规范管理过程，从而使学生实习岗位与所学专业对口。

| Abstract: | To improve the quality of internships and to achieve the goal of high-quality skilled personnel for enterprises,this thesis probes into the integration of professional internship positions and vocational electronic professionals.It summed up that the profession should take the company’s job base capacity-building as a starting point.the students’ theoretical knowledge at school,professional skills training and business positions capabilities should be combined.’Enterprise,students’ two-way choice should be the main line.Colleges should strengthen and improve the post teaching training system,standardize the management process,so that the students can learn internship positions with professional counterparts. |
