| 摘 要： | 我国图书馆核心能力体系包括特色馆藏、知识服务、人本管理与技术创新四个要素。实证性的研究表明，我国图书馆核心能力培育战略的实施取得了相当的成功，尤其在特色资源应用与信息挖掘方面取得了显著的进展，但在知识转化、信息沟通与员工激励方面存在着不足。

| Abstract: | The core competence system of China＇ s library includes four elements ： special resource, knowl- edge service, people management and technology innovation. Empirical research shows that the core competence cultivation strategy of our library has achieved considerable success, particularly, special resource application and information mining has made significant progress, but in the knowledge transfer, information communication and employee incentive, there exists insufficient aspects. |
