我国出口食品企业质量安全危机管理机制亟需建立

摘    要:指出了出口食品企业质量安全危机管理的重要意义,提出了构建我国出口食品危机管理机制的五点建议,特别提到了应建立基于社会责任的出口食品企业危机管理,将出口食品质量安全危机管理与检验检疫监管有机结合,对政府、检验检疫部门、企业和社会各个方面的信用、质量、应急等管理具有引领意义。

Abstract:The paper points out the importance of the crisis management mechanism of quality and safety for food export enterprises.Five recommendations for constructing China’s crisis management mechanism of export food are proposed.Crisis management of food export enterprises based on social responsibility should be established.An organic combination of the crisis management for the quality and safety of export food and the supervision of inspection should be done.It is of great significance to combine the management of social sectors’ credit,quality and emergency,including government,inspection and quarantine sectors,enterprises and social aspects.
