| 摘 要： | 生源数量和质量的下降使高职院校的生存面临严重的危机。本文在分析高职生源降低的原因基础上，提出高职院校要从自身出发，从塑造良好形象，加强对在校生的管理和培养，充分发挥高职教师作用，拓宽办学功能等四个方面加强自身建设，以实现高职教育的可持续发展。‘

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges are facing serious survival crisis because of the decrease of perspective students’ quantity and quality.This paper first analyzes the reasons of the decrease of higher vocational colleges’ source of students,then emphasizes that higher vocational colleges should strengthen self-building from the four following aspects: building good images,strengthening the management and culture of students,bringing higher vocational teachers’roll into full play,and broadening school-running channels,thus to realize the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges. |
