| 摘 要： | 现代社会,由于对学生全面发展的要求,导致教师培养模式由“师范教育”模式向“教师教育”模式的变迁,对教师的教育理论、教师的终身学习、教师的专业自主性及教师职业伦理规范等方面的专业化要求越来越高且发生了明显的变化。
