| 摘 要： | 中小企业是推动我国国民经济持续、快速、健康发展的主要力量，积极发展中小企业是社会的共识。然而，中小企业融资难的问题却成为严重制约中小企业进一步发展壮大的瓶颈。该文从金融抑制，信用制度等角度分析了中小企业融资难的主要原因，并从多方面提出了解决中小企业融资难的相应建议和对策。
