| 摘 要： | 本文运用法经济学的分析范式,从产权的视角出发,深刻剖析了我国现行农地产权制度结构,并对现行法律制度中关于农村担保融资范围的规定进行了归纳。通过对湖北、浙江、四川三省有关试点地区农村信贷担保的抵质押问题的实证研究,得出结论,我国农村担保融资制度的创新应当：优化农地产权权能、修改和完善相关法律制度、放宽现行法律中关于农村抵押担保物的范围,同时加快土地产权市场的建立、提高农村金融机构的创新动力。
