| 摘 要： | 区域科技资源研究的兴起,是社会和科技的发展以及区域发展研究、技术——经济范式、资源理论和科技资源利用方式等相关理论和实践共同作用的结果,其目的是为了解决区域科技资源无效和浪费的现状,提高科技资源利用效率。未来将会呈现出对区域和科技资源的细化研究,对整合协调性的研究和对区域社会软环境的研究三大趋势。

| Abstract: | The rising research of regional S&T resources is resulted by social and technological development and regional development,technical-economic paradigm,resource theory and technology resource use and other related theory and practice.The purpose of research is to resolve the status of ineffective and wasteful in regional S&T resources,and improve efficiency of resources.In the future,detailed of region and S&T resources,integration’s coordination,soft environment of the region will be the three major research trends. |
