| 摘 要： | 融资难是阻碍东北地区中小企业发展的一个瓶颈,具体表现为两个方面：融资结构不合理和融资成本高。因此,企业自身方面要健全内部管理制度、提高信誉度、树立品牌;金融体系方面要提高创业板市场的融资效率、充分利用民间资本、建立与中小企业发展相适应的金融机构体系;政府政策方面要完善相关法律、加大融资扶持力度、健全信用评价体系。
