| 摘 要： | 随着两岸经贸关系的拓展和深化,两岸金融合作经历了＂从无到有、从小到大、从单项到多项、从间接到直接＂的逐步发展过程,取得了一些先行先试的经验。以福建为主体的海峡西岸经济区具有建立两岸区域性金融中心的有利基础和条件。两岸区域性金融中心的构建宜遵循＂统筹兼顾,局部先行＂、＂稳妥推进,先易后难＂、＂双向互利,创新发展＂等原则,努力打造两岸区域性中小企业融资中心、两岸金融合作实验中心和两岸区域性离岸金融中心,促进区域经济跨越发展。
