| 摘 要： | 面对危机,中国提出发展＂战略性新兴产业＂这一构想,并将其作为提升本国产业结构优化升级的新方向。目前,国内对战略性新兴产业的研究主要集中在以下几方面：战略性新兴产业的界定、特征;战略性新兴产业形成和发展的机理;战略性新兴产业的选择原则;发展战略性新兴产业面临的问题;培育发展战略性新兴产业的对策。
