| 摘 要： | 采用定性与定量相结合的方法进行调研，认为影响竞技运动员的投资风险指标分类为运动员成长风险、运营和管理风险、市场与收益风险、政策与环境风险等四因子；其风险控制方法有风险预防、风险回避、风险转移、风险分散；风险控制具体措施主要为加强法律约束、选择高效的运作机制与增加投资协议中的特别条款，加强投资管理、提供增值服务，及科学的投资策略。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the necessity of setting up intellectual property court in China with China＇s development and experiences of intellectual property rights protection in developed countries taken into consideration. It is proposed that intellectual property court should be set up at levels correspond with intermediate people＇s court and high court, and regional intellectual property court should be set up. Meanwhile, great attention should be paid to the training of judges in intellectual property court. |
