| 摘 要： | 依据大学生心理健康的调查资料，针对大学生中存在的比较严重的心理问题，分析了影响大学生心理健康的因素，阐明了身心健康的重要性及在培养人才中的重要地位，论述了高校心理健康教育的内容和方法，提出了高等教育中加强心理健康教育的思路。

| Abstract: | Seeing that increasing attention has been paid to Psychological health of College students in recent years,the paper,based on the survey of undergraduates' psychological health and in the light of comparatively serious psychological problems that they have,analyses factors affecting their psychological health in personnel training,elaborates contents and methods of psychological health education to strengthen psychological health education in higher education. |
