摘    要:随着矿井服务年限的增长和采区的进一步开拓布局,井下输煤主要运输工具强力胶带机和各采区胶带机需要延长或接力,并且煤流的转载90%是由各采区胶带机直接转载到主运输胶带机上;针对以上生产实际情况,利用PLC技术对80年代后期推出胶带运输机的随机自动控制系统存在的运输系统线路长、岗位多、联络环节多,维护困难等不足进行技术改造,强化安全生产和科学管理,实现“有煤则开,无煤则停”的自动化控制,克服工作方式上存在的不足,在减人、节电的同时,减小了设备的无效磨损。

Abstract:Because the wells are prolonged their service life and the working faces are arranged scientifically,the strong-belt conveyers as an important transportation machine need to be repaired and replaced timely,which transfer 90 percent coal to the main conveyers directly.Aim at above actual problems,this paper puts forward to reform those conveyers made in the late 1980s which have several disadvantages,such as the long transportation line;too many joints;difficult maintenance.This method ensures the safe coaling and realize the scientific management and automatic control,and then minish the valid abrasion of the equipments.
