| 摘 要： | 作为欠发达地区城市的贵阳市 ,失业率逼近 6%的轻警线 ;人口基数大、增长快 ,产业结构调整 ,经济增长速度放慢 ,教育落后及不适应市场要求的就业观念等因素是城镇失业人口的形成机理 ;因此 ,在保障生活和促进就业两方面探索行之有效的途径 ,有利于缓解贵阳市当前和今后一段时期内的劳动力供需矛盾较尖锐的状况。

| Abstract: | As an underdeveloped city, Guiyang's unemployment rate has reached the security line of 6%. Unemployment in cities and towns results from the following factors: large base and fast increasing population, adjustment of industrial structure, and the employees' outlook in seeking jobs incompatible with the market. So effective ways should be sought in two aspects to secure people's living and employment so as to lessen the sharp contradiction between demands and supply Guiyang is faced with at present and for a period in the future |
