教师入职训练的国际经验与发展趋势

摘    要:世界各国高度重视教师的入职训练,把入职训练视为教师教育的重要环节,形成了一些共同的经验,即强调以人职需求为导向的课程目标,以适应能力为中心的课程内容,以学校为本位的训练模式,教师人职训练课程也呈现出及时性、实用性和个体性的发展趋势。

Abstract:Apprentice teachers' training is considered as an important way of teachers' professional improvement. Therefore, nearly all the countries make great efforts to carry out apprentice teachers' training courses and have gained some common experiences. They set up the objectives based on professional requirements, selected course contents based on career adaptation, and formed training models based on schools. During these years, apprentice teachers' training courses have been changing and have orientations of prompt training, practical contents and individual ways.
