| 摘 要： | 微博及政府微博的出现,使得人们对政治信息传播的期望发生了巨大的转变。目前,政府微博还处于一个亟待完善的阶段,要建构一个基于政府微博的新型言论场域,必须对传统体制下的政治信息传播模式进行反思与改革,从信源提供、信息筛选、信息导向等角度来考量政府传播语境的变迁。政府对公民基本权利的尊重与保障是优化这种新型言论场域的一个良好起点。

| Abstract: | With the appearance of microblogs and government microblogs,people’s expectation of political information communication has been greatly changed.At present,there is still enough room for improvement of government microblogs.In order to construct a new discourse field based on government microblogs,we have to reflect on and reform political message communicating modes under traditional systems.Changes of communication context will be discussed from the perspectives of supplying,filtrating and directing information.Government’s respect and guarantee of citizens’ basic rights is a good starting point to realize the new discourse field. |
