| 摘 要： | 广东、香港、澳门 (海南另有文专论 )等地区 ,古为岭南的一部分 ,连为一体 ,仅有陆地与海岛之别。其民族和文明步履基本一致。秦朝统一岭南后 ,以百越为主体的多民族归服中央统一政权 ,内地秦人陆续徙入 ,增进了这一地区与中原经济、文化的交流。秦末至西汉初 ,南越王国为这一地区的安全和经济文化发展做出了积极贡献。归服中央政权统治后亦然。汉武帝灭南越王国 ,设立郡县 ,当地居民大都成为汉朝的编户齐民 ,汉文化在该地区广泛传播 ,促进了民族融合和文化发展 ,且成为汉朝海上“丝绸之路”的中枢地和聚汇中心 (今广州 )。东汉王朝时期亦然。秦汉时期 ,尤其是汉武帝以后 ,广东、香港、澳门等地区的民族与文化 ,呈现出蓬勃发展趋势 ,基本上已赶上中原社会发展的步伐。从而说明了只有国家的统一 ,民族的团结 ,与海外或邻国的交往 ,边远地区的百姓生活才能比较安定 ,社会才能较快发展 ,落后面貌才能得到较快改变。

| Abstract: | After the Qin Dynasty unified South of the Five Ridges, they belong to a unitary central power that took Baiyue as main multi national. Interior people of the Qin Dynasty moved to the area, it promoted the exchange of economy and culture between the area and central plains. From the end of the Qin Dynasty to the early of the Western Han Dynasty, the Nanyue Kingdom made out active contributions for the safety and the development of economy and culture in the area. After the Nanyue Kingdom was destroyed by the Hanwn Emperor, it set up prefecture and county, local residents turn mostly into the Han Dynasty's registered, the Han culture spread widely in this ares, it promoted national amalgamation and cultural development, and it became a centre of trade of the silk Road on the sea in the Han Dynasty. Since the Hanwu Emperor, the Guangdong and Hongkong and Macao area's nation and culture had basically caught up with the central plains social's developmental pace. |
