| 摘 要： | 以武汉市高校体育教师为被试，采用整群随机抽样问卷调查方式，对武汉市普通高等学校体育教师的职业倦怠状况及其相关因素进行了调查分析。结果显示：①高校体育教师目前的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重，自我成就感降低相对突出；②高校体育教师职业倦怠的状况在性别、年龄、职称、学历等人口统计学变量上存在着一定的差异，但差异不显著；③大学体育教师职业倦怠的状况与个体的人格因素有关。体育教师职业倦怠与A型性格正相关；与一般自我效能感呈负相关；与积极应对方式负相关。

| Abstract: | Taking college P.E.teachers' occupational tiredness as the subjects of study,this paper found that the P.E.teachers on the whole were fond of their jobs but they were not satisfied with their achievements.The occupational tiredness varied even though not much with regard to different genders,ages,professinal titles and acdemic degrees.It was related to one's personality.Personality with Type A teachers showed more occupational tiredness.It was less connected with postive coping means and self efficiency. |
