| 摘 要： | 随着我国教育决策民主化、科学化进程的加快,专家论证、社会参与、政府决策的机制正在日臻完善。作为社会参与重要形式之一的社会中介组织,在我国教育政策影响方面的作用不断得到重视。鉴于我国教育领域中介组织的发展相对而言还不成熟,从理论到实践都无多少经验可循,研究和分析国外教师教育领域中介组织影响政策的方式可以为我国这一领域的进展提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | With the quickening of democratization and scientification of educational policy making, the system involving the experts discussion, the non-governmental group's participation and the government's decision-making is getting better and better. As a main part of the non-governmental group's participation, the interm ediary organization is playing a more and more important role nowadays. Since we still don't have a perfect intermediary organization in the educational field, we haven't obtained much experience either in theory or in practice. So we can learn a lot from the study and analysis of how the intermediary organization influences the teachers' policy making in the foreign teacher education. |
