| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部的管理与培养一直是高校思想政治教育工作中的一项重要内容，也是高校辅导员在实际的学生管理工作中一项不可或缺的重要任务。那么如何正确看待学生干部的选拔与培养，在自身岗位中着实有效地开展这项任务；高校学生干部的选拔与培养是否有它的规律与原则，如何从该项工作的实践层面逐渐升华到理论的高度，这都是以学生思想政治教育工作为首要职责的高校辅导员所必须思考与面对的问题。
