| 摘 要： | 大力加强施工现场管理促进文明施工及CI形象管理，是施工企业管理的客观要求。众所周知，虽然建设部、省、市建委对施工现场文明施工要求多年，确实是取得了一定的成效。但施工现场管理混乱，“脏、乱、差”现象依然大量存在，是一个共性问题。笔者看来，考核建筑施工企业的质量、安全、工期、成本四大指标，也称施工企业的第一系统目标的落脚点都在施工现场。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the management of construction site, promoting civilized construction and CI image management is the objective requirement of construction enterprise management. As is known to us all, civilized construction has achieved some ef- fect, but many common problems still exist. The writer holds that the implementation of the evaluation of four indexes, namely, the first systematic goal of construction enterprise, is at the construc- tion site. |
