摘    要:学校管理是一种以组织学校教育工作为主要对象的社会活动,学校管理是学校管理者通过一定的机构和制度采用不定期的手段和措施,带领和引导师生员工,充分利用校内外的资源和条件,整体优化学校教育工作,有效实现学校工作目标的组织活动。在教育发展的新形势下,校长要团结领导班子成员,规划学校发展大计,认真研究提高办学质量的方法和措施,不断优化学校管理。运用科学发展观的管理手段,对学校的人力、物力、财力等因素进行科学合理的组织和协调。校长在管理过程中开设"一言堂",唯亲是任,捕捉不到民主的影子;学校的财务管理的透明度不高,导致出现贪污或挪用现象,严重影响教育的真正意义的展现;校长与学生的沟通过少,不利于校长在学生中良好形象的树立,一个好校长就有一所好学校,校长要有现代教育科学理论知识、学校管理理论知识以及丰富的实践经验。

Abstract:The school management is a kind of social activity with the organization of school education as the main object, and it is also an organizational activity of fully utilizing resources, optimiz- ing school education and realize school objectives. In the new sit- uation of education development, the headmaster should unite members of the leadership team, plan for school development, re- search methods and measures to improve the education quality, ~onstantly optimize the management of the school. With the man- agement means of the scientific outlook on development, scientif- ic and rational organization and coordination of the school's hu- man, material and financial resources should be implemented. Some headmasters' work are not democratic; the low transparency of school's financial management leads to the emergence of cor- ruption or embezzlement phenomenon, seriously affecting the real meaning of education; communication between headmaster and students is scare. To be a qualified headmaster, one should make efforts to solve the above problems. A good headmaster makes a good school, so a headmaster should possess the knowledge of modern educational science, rich school management theory and rich experience of school management.
