| 摘 要： | 阐述了石油与天然气学科人才培养模式多样化的必要性,提出了不同人才培养模式下的培养目标,多层次办学的基本模式和管理办法,制订了与之相应的教学计划和实践教学内容,在实践教学中取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the necessity for diversification of oil and natural gas-disciplinary training model proposed training objectives under different training model was elaborated, the basic model and management approach of multi-level schools was put forward, the adapt teaching plans and practice teaching content were developed. The method mentioned above achieved good resalts in practice teaching. |
