| 摘 要： | 自从20世纪80年代我国开展中小学教育科研以来，我国的中小学教育科研工作有了长足的发展，取得了显著的成绩，解决了教育教学中的很多实际问题，有效地提高了教师的业务水平。新课程改革实行以后，对中小学教育科研提出了新的要求，使我国广大农村地区中小学教育科研工作面临着新的挑战。如何在新课程改革目标下，加强农村中小学教育科研管理工作，切实提高教育科研水平，全方位地提高教师的实际教育教学水平，这是迫切需要解决的问题。

The new curriculum proposes new requirements for rural primary and secondary school teachers, so how to improve their educational and teaching ability has become an urgent problems. |
