| 摘 要： | 以嘉兴学院为研究对象，探索项目化视角下的学科竞赛管理。依据竞赛项目从立项到结束，提炼出项目化管理过程中项目计划、组织、协调、控制和评价等基本环节的实际操作方法，为进一步完善和创新学校学科竞赛管理制度奠定理论基础。同时，也为地方院校的学科竞赛管理提供参考。

| Abstract: | With Jiangxing University as the research object, this paper explores the management of discipline contest from pro- ject-based perspective. In accordance with the whole process of contest items, this paper abstracts the operation methods of every basic links, so as to further improve the management system of discipline contest, and provide references or local colleges. |
