| 摘 要： | 改革开放33年来，中国经济社会发展取得举世瞩目的成就。但也面临着很多困难和问题，比如收入差距、资源环境、投资过度、城市化、腐败、教育等，需要我们采取深化经济体制改革、提高资源税、放开户籍制度、取消行政垄断等措施予以解决。

But we are also faced by many difficulties and problems, such as in- come gap, resources and environment, excessive investment, ur- banization, corruption, education, etc., which need us to deepen economic reform, improve resourece elease the household registration system, cancel administrative monopoly and so on. |
