| 摘 要： | 通过几年来的校企深度合作,实行校企共定人才培养方案,探索＂专业＋校中厂＂专业建设模式。校企共定课程体系,校企共建实训基地,校企共组双师团队等措施,深化人才培养模式改革;以人才培养质量为核心,实施＂订单培养、做学合一、工学结合＂的人才培养模式。本文就如何在＂校中厂、厂中校＂校企共育人才的职业教育模式下,如何加强人才培养工作的内涵,增强办学实力,提高办学质量,形成办学特色,促进学校可持续发展进行探索与实践。

| Abstract: | Through years of school-enterprise cooperation, the model of school-enterprise cooperative education is proved to be effective. This paper firstly introduces the specific measures in school-enterprise cooperation, and then discusses how to enhance talent cultivation and form characteristic education under this model, so as to promote school sustainable development. |
