| 摘 要： | 较之现代竞技体育，民族传统体育有着相当大的娱乐成分，这种娱乐性的特点是我国民族传统体育文化得以传承的重要原因之一。从娱乐性特点这一角度入手，探讨以不危害民族传统体育的本质为原则，以全民运动为前提，能够和大众融合在一起的趣味性、娱乐性的民族传统体育发展方向。
