| 摘 要： | 为了规避目前体育场馆建设和经营管理存在的问题,保证第七届全国农民运动会体育场馆建设的顺利进行,对第七届农运会场馆开发模式进行了创新.在场馆建设前,预先进行场馆发展方案的可行性论证,保证场馆建设的可持续发展.为了实现场馆建设的可持续发展,提出农运会场馆规划采用后续利用的超前考虑模式,为城市长远发展奠定良好基础.为了保证农运会体育场馆项目顺利进行,对农运会体育场馆项目进行了全寿命周期各阶段的风险定性分析,针对这些风险提出了管理对策和防范措施.
