| 摘 要： | 以企业国际化的网络理论研究为基础,构建了“网络结构→知识获取→企业国际化”的概念模型,通过对广州146家制造业国际化企业的问卷调查所获数据,运用结构方程模型对该概念模型进行实证研究。结果表明企业外部网络规模和网络强度对企业国际化绩效有显著影响,而网络稳定性对企业国际化绩效的影响则不显著,国际化知识获取在企业外部网络结构与企业国际化绩效之间起到部分中介的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the network theory of firm's internationalization,the paper builds the framework of "network structure→knowledge acquisition→firm's internationalization",then empirically tests the model by questionnaires for 146 enterprises.The outcomes demonstrate that the network stability and network strength have positive effects on firm's international performance,network stability's impact is not positive.Network structure and firm's international performance are mediated by firm's international knowledge acquisition. |
