| 摘 要： | 企业家创新是当前学术界开始日益关注的一个重要领域。本文采用文献述评的方法,分别从企业家创新意识、企业家创新人格、企业家创新决策能力三个方面对有关企业家创新的研究进行了系统的梳理,并简要评述了当前研究中存在的不足与对未来研究的启示。

| Abstract: | As an important research area, recently, the entrepreneurs’ Innovation has been taken much attachment. This paper adopts the way of literature review to systemize the related research of entrepreneurs’ Innovation through the aspects of entrepreneurs’innovation awareness, innovation personality and decision-making capacity. At same time, it will suggest some shortcomings in the current research as well as some inspiration for further research. |
