| 摘 要： | 随着全球高等教育质量保障运动的不断发展,建立与完善高等院校的内部质量保障机制已成为许多国家保证教育质量、提高社会声誉、增强国际竞争力的重要手段.本文通过分析北欧高校内部质量保障的特点,着重介绍芬兰赫尔辛基大学的内部保障体系,以及赫尔辛基大学最新内部教学质量评估标准制定的理念,旨在为我国高校内部质量保障机制的建设与发展提供借鉴和参考.
