| Abstract: | Vegetable source course is a professional basic course of rich basic theories. With the shortage of resource, the renewable vegetable source attracts more and more attention, as well as the course. The teaching practice of vegetable source is introduced in this paper. The focus is reforming teaching content to enhance the basic theory and knowledge, supplementing improvement of teaching pattern to promote the learning initiative of students and introduction of the frontiers of knowledge interrelated to broaden students’ knowledge, which helps to achieve good teaching objectives. |
