摘    要:天生桥二级水电站工程三号引水隧洞不良地址段压力管直径大,材质引用日本产NK—HTTEN610U2低合金高强度钢板和LB-62UL焊条,设计、制作工艺复杂,施工难度大,方法独特,其中的焊接工艺参数可供同类材质和焊材使用借鉴.

Abstract:The rolled steel materials of penstocks for the No.3 seepage tunnel of Tianshengqiao Hydroelectric Station,which is located in unfavorable geological condition,are accepted with NK-HITEN610UZ Hi-Stren steel made in Japan and LB-62UL welding rod.Such a penstock is characterized with its great diameter,complicated designing and fabricating,extreme difficulties of construction as well as its peculiar fabrication method.For similar application of welding material, this welding technology parameter can be used for reference.
