| 摘 要： | 根据广东技术师范学院“面向职教，服务职教，引领职教”的办学定位，按照“学术性、职业性和师范性”的人才培养方案以及“学历教育、会计职业资格教育和会计执业教育”相结合的人才培养模式，会计学院构建和完善了一套“知识、素质和能力”协调化、突出“专业、技能和双证书”一体化核心能力的高素质会计职教师资的培养标准。

| Abstract: | Based on GPNU＇s school running concepts-＂facing, serving and leading vocational education＂,combining its ＂academic, occupational and teaching＂ training scheme and the talent developing mode of ＂academic education, occupation qualification in accounting education and accounting practice education＂, the present study has developed a set of quality standards for developing the core competence of vocational accounting teachers. These standards not only coordinate the development of ＂knowledge, quality and competence＂ but also include ac-quiring ＂professionalization, skills and double certificate＂. |
