| 摘 要： | 运动检测技术在现代的视频监控系统中起着重要的作用。本文分析了相关的技术背景和用户需求,得出了运动检测应该达到的基本目标。基于此分析,设计了一个完整的运动检测系统并给出了部分实现。系统采用MPEG4编解码技术和DirectDraw显示技术,完成显示更新和报警联动功能,可以达到监控系统中运动检测的需要。

| Abstract: | Motion detection plays an important role in modem video surveillance system. This paper analyzes relevant technologies and requirements and works out its basic target. Based on the analysis, we design a complete motion detection system and give some implement code. By using MPEG4 and DirectDraw technology, the system can display the update data and has alarm linkage function which meets the requirement of motion detection. |
