| 摘 要： | 我国城市少数民族流动人口逐年增加。少数民族流动人口能否很好地适应城市生活，是关系到城市民族关系稳定的重要因素。广州是珠三角城市群的代表城市。笔者在本文中首先阐述了影响广州外来少数民族人口流动的因素。然后从经济、文化、心理三个方面分析了广州少数民族人口流动的适应现状，并探析了广州少数民族人口流动适应存在的问题，进而提出广州少数民族人口流动管理的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | Nowadays , the number of migrant minority people in Chinese urban areas is increasing. Whether they can well adapt themselves to living in the city is closely related to the stability of ethnic relations in urban areas. The present study firstly analyzes the factor affecting the stability of the minority population in Guangzhou, it also analyzes the current situation of their social adaption from economic, cultural and psychological perspectives, concluding the existing problem and putting forward some advice on their management. |
