| 摘 要： | 元朝灭亡后，有大量的蒙古族人留居在明朝境内，明初政府对这些遗民采取了非常明智的安抚政策，在某些政治和军事机构中任用了蒙古上层人物，对具有专长的人和平民，也都能让他们有所发挥和安居乐业，这些政策的实施，争取了留居在明朝境内的蒙古移民的心，巩固了新政权的统治，促进了民族的融合。

| Abstract: | After the perdition of Yuan Dynasty, great numbers of Mongolian immigrants were left behind with the territory of Ming Dynasty. Ming government employed many sensible policies to appease those people as to employ some in political and military agencies and to exert those with special abilities and to make those ordinary live and work in peace and contentment. All those policies won the heart of those left behind, strengthened the new government and accelerated the amalgamation of different peoples. |
